@ pista lokal
March 9, 2008 12:29 pm good timeslast night, my friends and i decided to go out and celebrate our “success” with the local board exam. i wasn’t actually in a festive mood since i still had a long “To-do” list and i was hooked on “Weeds” (the TV show) at the time ~ thanks to tvokay. ^_^ in the end, i chose to be with friends than stay cooped up inside the house on a saturday night.
we met up around 9pm and got a table at pista lokal, along torres street. the entire compound was packed with people (of all ages) ~ young peanut vendors included. we had a few bottles of beer, laughed a lot, and did some catching up. by the way, the food was great ~ especially the spicy chicken ~ thanks to carlo! ^_^
and since my tolerance to alcohol has been dwindling lately, i ended up drunk…it must be the beer or maybe i’m just beginning to feel too old for this stuff. note to gigoy: please remind me to steer clear of Red Horse the next time we go out. ^_^
anyway, i just wanted to share a few snapshots from that night. ^_^
